The order can be canceled upto 24 hours before delivery/pickup time. We charge a 12% cancellation processing charge in any kind of cancellation.
For bulk orders cancellation is only possible 1 week in advance, and we charge a 18% cancellation charge on these kinds of order cancellations plus order cancellation processing charge.
Same day cancellation is not offered and no refund for the same will be provided.
Make sure to connect with us within our communication timings for putting in a cancellation request. (Tuesday to Sunday 11.00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstances, Mélange holds the right to cancel and refund the orders within 48 hours of fulfillment. In any such scenario, the customers will be notified in advance.
It is not possible to get a monetary refund, customers are entitled to a credit note in case of order cancellation according to the cancellation policy. Which can be used as in store credit for up to a year from the date of issue.
