Our Sun-Dried Tomato, Olive & Cheese Bagel is handcrafted using the traditional 72-hour New York-style bagel-making process, allowing the dough to slowly ferment and develop exceptional flavour, structure, and its signature chewy texture. Each bagel is hand-rolled, cold-proofed, gently boiled, and baked fresh before being generously filled with tangy sun-dried tomatoes, briny olives, and rich, melted cheese.
